If after having followed Steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 your issue remains unresolved or if you have not received response within 14 days of lodging a complaint, you may approach the Insurance Ombudsman/IRDAI for Redressal by calling on the Toll Free no 155255 or you can register an online complaint on the website https://bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in
